Hey guys, sad to say i was being ROBBED and BEATEN by 2 robbers when i was walking home frm the bus stop.. actually the situation was like this...

That time was 7pm ...around that, then got 1 motorist suddenly approach me and kindly ask me where is the direction of Kelana Jaya? Then i was so nice and help me answer his question, then after i answer his another friend was looking left and right to check whether got people a not then they START their action where they take out their parang from their pants and start asking for my wallet and my money.. i was like shock and scare.. and i say dont have and they start beating me, punch my nose and my cheek and my head 3 times. In the end i fell down on the road, when he wack my face my glasses flew on the grass where i have to find it after they ran away. luckily got a dog with a aunty came so they are scare and they ran lo.. after that i ran home and my dad brought me to the Police station loacted in Damansara Utama. In the end, they took my handphone where al my friends punya contact sudah hilang, my college lecturers contact number also all gone. haih have to take from them again. Next time i kenot be so nice to them liao when they ask question, must be cautions man. Nowadays the world is chging..with many kinds of people with their brains..

As you guys know i'm taking hotel management in taylors college, i just passed my 1st year final examination, so i can proceed my training. I choose berjaya time square hotel because is a 5 star hotel and isd in the middle of the kl city. so is quite fun to see all types of people aroudn the hotel. This hotel has aroudn 650 rooms and the rooms is all suite type and the room is very nice ..i think u go in u dont want to come out from the hotel room..Our hotel have 5 types of penthse which situated the top floor that is 43 floor, i think. hehe.. Mostly is for those like Tan Sri, Dato and those guest who are very rich lo.. one night we charge them around 3k without breakfast...

This hotel is very strict with a new genral manager which a swiss named Mr Manuel Locher..he is very big size but he is nice. He is very particular with our smile. He say we must always smile when we see the guest. On our 1st day, we had orientation day and blah blah..many crapsss..so kinda boring on the 1st day. Then on the second day, i was aasign to go group counter which this counter is specialized on tour guide only, which the tour guide will come to our counter to check in and he will giv us the hotel voucher and we giv them the room keys..i will be at the grp counter about 2 weekss..

After that, the next week i was under guest relation counter which this counter is for those VIP, VVIP, SAG1 guest, express check in. The job i did was like learn how ot check in with the opear system, making key room for the guest, provide information for the guest if they enquire about it. Then , i was under business centre, that place is very nice to realx becuase the whole sitting down wan. so is very relaxing and nice. Our main job is when guest enter to our business centre, we try to help them like they want to use our internet facilities but that is chargable and photostats, faxing, printing, meeting room and many more.

Currently, now i'm under reception for a month where i have check in the guest and check out the guest and learn how to be cashier..it is very tiring job and no choice, is part of my training. The time past so fast man. now already feb andi have another 1 month ++ to finish my training then holiday for 2 weeks.. haha where i can relax then after that start my term 4 studies.haih
